Sweet & Nutty Smoothie Recipe

This is a very different smoothie due to it's low GI, high protein and balanced omega fats, antioxidants and healthy gut bacteria… great for those who don’t have time for breakfast but need a more sustainable meal than cereal.


This is packed full of great nutrients for vibrant looking skin, hair and nails with essential fats, protein and calcium, zinc and many more vital vitamins and minerals. (better than any protein shake on the market!)

  • 1 pink lady apple
  • 1 small handful almonds
  • 1 small handful brazil nuts
  • 1 small handful walnuts
  • 1 small handful blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons live yogurt


1.) Juice the apple (or blend until smooth) and pour into the blender.

2.) Add the nuts, blueberries and yogurt to the blender.

3.) Blend until smooth consistency and get nutty!
