  • 1⁄2 banana
  • 1 handful fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 handful of Brazil nuts
  • 1/2 handful Almonds
  • 1 small handful crushed ice


1.) Blend the blueberries and nuts with 100ml water until smooth in texture.

2.) Add 1/2 banana and blend again.

3.) Add water or cold pressed apple juice if required for a thinner consistency.
