With online training and 7 Minute Mornings, you make the rules. With no long commute to a gym, all you need is a little bit of space, a good Wifi connection and you’re all set and you can cancel anytime.

You will get trained by the 7 Minute Mornings founders Anthony and Stephen. With over 30 years combined experience you will learn how to get, train and stay focused with your exercise and diet until you transform your health, fitness and body for good.

Basically, if you know you need to get back to exercise or even healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle then this is for you. We’re here for you to give you our help and support for a better 2021. You know that you need to exercise, you know that life is uncertain, perhaps you know that 2020 has had an impact on your body or health. Whatever your reason for reading this, we want to take the uncertainty out of the equation, we want to help you get and stay motivated with exercise and healthy living so you can take care of your body and mind and keep moving forwards even in uncertain times.
How It Works!
You fill in a short questionnaire so we can learn a little more about your schedule, goals and fitness.
We match you with a trainer and schedule in your first introduction session to get you started.
You can then use up your time each month at a time and date that suits you and book in your times with your PT.
Your initial session, either 30 or 45 mins will be for you to meet your coach, discuss the information you’ve already filled out in your lifestyle questionnaire and to have a physical assessment with your 7 Minute Mornings Coach. This is an opportunity for your coach to test your current level of fitness, go through a 7 Minute Mornings workout with you and take into account any injuries or specific exercise requirements you may have and answer any questions you may have about getting started.
Now is the time to put the work in with your coach by your side. Your coach will help you with tracking your weekly performance and will help you progress faster and with the correct technique to improve your overall performance. Each session will build on your previous progress and your coach will guide and support you through each workout. Well design the sessions to work with the space and equipment that you already have.
You have options from between 6am-9pm, so you really can train at a time that suits you! You’ll state your time preferences in your lifestyle questionnaire when you sign up and you’ll agree your training times for the following month with your coach directly by email before your first session.
Any injuries you might have should be documented in the questionnaire sent to you prior to your first session so that your coach can adjust the session to your ability.
To get the best results and make the best use of your time with your coach, it’s better that you have your session individually. But if this is something you’d like to do together, we suggest you sign up for the ‘Premium Package’ and book a double session each time with your coach.
Your 7 Minute Mornings Coach will be with your for your sessions and will suggest the best next steps for your improvement after each session and be tracking your progress over time to give you the best tailored approach.
All sessions will be mapped out a month in advance and agreed with your coach at a time that suits you. We would need at least 7 days notice to find a different time to do your session should you want to deviate from the agreed times for your sessions.
If you'be been using 7 Minute Mornings for a while or taken part in our challenges or live workouts you may know certain coaches more than others. We will select the best coach to work with you based on your initial questionnaire. But, by all means, you can tell us a preference and we'll see if we can match it.
