Along with 7 Minute Mornings, Ogogo is spearheading a new home workout programme titled "7 Minute KOFIT", which encourages people to make exercise a daily habit in order to maintain both physical and mental wellbeing.
The aim is for users to work at 90 per cent of their maximum heart rate in a simple seven-minute workout each day; with motivational morning messages, dietary tips and step-by-step tutorials also included.
