You probably have some idea of how fit you are. But knowing the specifics can help you set realistic fitness goals, monitor your progress and maintain your motivation. Plus, once you know your starting point, you can plan where you want to go.

So, here's the fitness test rules:

1.     Don’t stop moving until the Trainer does
2.    Keep up with the pace throughout
3.    Try to complete the same range of movement
Now, if you have injuries you may have to use common sense to not push your body and make it worse.
