RULE 1: SCULPT

To scultp in 7 minutes you must ensure you work the whole core and burn enough fat, because working just the abs builds bad posture and makes the stomach protrude. We have designed a progressive programme that builds better posture, a stronger lower back and a flatter and more toned stomach.   

RULE 2: FAT LOSS

The diet plan is designed to prevent insulin from spiking to help your body remove stomach fat more effectively. You'll also be fasting a couple to get faster fat loss results as when your body goes without food for more than 2 hours it is forced to use body fat as an energy source.

RULE 3: THE GUT

To have a flatter stomach you must stop the bloating too. To stop this internal inflammatory response, you must eat for a healthy gut. We have designed a programme with follow along recipe videos and a recipe guide and diet plan that helps you build a healthy gut.
