Coconut Smoothie

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 10 Minutes

Difficulty: Easy

Fresh raw pineapple contains Bromelin, which aids digestion and helps reduce swelling and inflammation (especially important when you suffer from IBS). Green apples are high in a prebiotic called pectin. Coconut water is a great hydrator as it possesses many top minerals. Ginger helps the body to release digestive enzymes that promote proper digestion and almonds increase healthy gut bacteria. If you suffer from indigestion this cocktail will help to create better balance and improve digestive health.
